The Detroit Zoo is seeking individuals for seasonal employment during its peak time —March through December.
The zoo says employees will work flexible schedules as guest relations supervisors, assistants, sales associates, park safety officers (security), Summer Safari camp teachers, and aides. Pay rates and age requirements will vary by position, and candidates must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
The Service Systems Associates, the concessionaire that provides service to the zoo, will fill positions that include concessions, retail, food service, custodian, and groundskeeping.
