TROY — OpTech, an engineering and health care workforce solutions provider, has named Martha Foreman as new director of program management to its team.
Foreman’s primary responsibilities at OpTech are overseeing healthcare and financial client accounts along with supervising account managers to grow existing and new client relationships.
Foreman, of Warren, has more than 20 years of extensive experience in securing new business opportunities and developing strong business relationships with Fortune 500 clients. Previously, she formerly worked with Vision IT in Detroit, where she was responsible for effectively managing and collaborating with recruiters and support staff across North America.
Before her role at Vision IT, Foreman was the director of professional services for Systems Technology Group, account manager for Jawood Management Associates, and held various account and project manager positions for Kelly Services.
