DETROIT — Health care attorney Donna A. O’Connor has joined Dykema as to its health care practice group as senior counsel in the firm’s Bloomfield Hills office.
Previously, O’Connor served as vice president and regional compliance officer at the Detroit Medical Center, where she led the compliance program operations and initiatives across the eight-hospital DMC region. She supervised compliance professionals and staff responsible for hotline operations, investigations, auditing, monitoring, and reporting.
O’Connor, of Birmingham, has also served as senior vice president legal affairs, assistant general counsel and assistant secretary of the Detroit Medical Center and as senior counsel for Henry Ford Health System.
She received a juris doctorate from Wayne State University Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
