Broder & Sachse Names New Director

BIRMINGHAM — Broder & Sachse Real Estate Services has hired Elizabeth Kmetz as director of Commercial Property Management. 

Kmetz, originally from Minneapolis, worked for Hines Interests, an institutional real estate firm, and for Equity Office Properties Trust. She has managed a wide range of assets, from Class C commercial properties to Class A lifestyle malls, and has considerable managerial experience in leasing and construction. 

Kmetz is on the board of directors of the Minneapolis Business Owners and Managers International Association and has a BOMI Real Property Administrator certificate.

She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin and a master’s from St. Cloud State University in Minneapolis.
