Stephen McKenney Joins Neuman Anderson, P.C.

tBIRMINGHAM — Stephen McKenney has joined Neuman Anderson, P.C., a Birmingham, Mich.-based business law firm specializing in complex commercial litigation. Neuman Anderson, P.C. Managing Partner Kenneth Neuman made the announcement.

tMcKenney concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Neuman Anderson, he ran a private practice and served as a law clerk from 2002-2003 for the Honorable James C. Cacheris—Senior United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia. McKenney has served as lead trial counsel in numerous civil cases, with substantial trial experience in both state and federal courts.

tA 1999 graduate of John Carroll University and a 2002 graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, McKenney is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Litigation Section and is licensed to practice in the state courts in Michigan, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States Tax Court.
