CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich., Feb. 22, 2010 — One of metro Detroit’s favorite names in restaurants, Andiamo Restaurant Group, heats up Macomb County dining options when Rojo Mexican Bistro, a contemporary approach to Mexican food and drink, opens this summer at The Mall at Partridge Creek.

Bold, fresh and flavorful describe the offerings of Rojo Mexican Bistro, with locations in Novi, Rochester and St. Clair Shores, and opening at Partridge Creek by June. Executive Chef Luis Garza dishes up family favorites with a contemporary flair, from tableside-prepared guacamole and fresh salsas with spicy, pepper-infused oils to the signature lobster quesadillas, stuffed roasted poblano peppers, enchiladas, fajitas and more. The extensive beverage menu offers 110 tequila choices, plus fresh-squeezed juices and agave nectar for the tastiest margaritas around. The freestanding, modern-south-of-the-border-style building with its bold architecture, stone fireplace, lush red decor accents and nightly entertainment provide an urbane setting for a lively culinary adventure.
