Building Owners and Managers Association Elects New Board Officers

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., January 9, 2009 – The Building Owners and Managers Association of Metropolitan Detroit (BOMA) inducted a new leadership team January 1, 2009, and elected new officers on January 6, 2009. The BOMA Board of Directors serves as visionary leaders of the organization in developing and implementing its strategic plan. The Board also oversees the operations of BOMA Detroit’s nearly 400 members and the association’s eight committees. The newly elected Officers are President David A. Mott, RPA, FMA, Director, Facilities Management, CBRE Real Estate Services, Inc.; Vice President William Wylonis, Property Manager, Emmes Asset Management; and Secretary/Treasurer Laura M. Mullins, President, Moylan Energy Management, Inc. They join Past-President Paula E. Goldman-Spinner, Vice President/Director of Office Building Management, Schostak Brothers & Co., Inc. and Directors Kim F. Sulek, RPA, FMA, Senior Property Manager, Grubb & Ellis Management Services, Inc.; Michael J. Lauhoff, RPA, FMA, Executive Director, Kahn Facility Management, Inc.; Paul S. Magy, Esquire, Shareholder, Kupelian, Ormond & Magy, P.C.; Steven Ogden, Treasurer, Detroit-Wayne Joint Building Authority; and Michael Kalil, Vice President/Director of Property Management, Farbman Management Group.
