New Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at CCS

DETROIT – Anne Masterson has joined the College for Creative Studies (CCS) as Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations. She will work with the College’s Institutional Advancement team to develop multifaceted corporate, foundation and government partnerships for the College. 

“Anne brings a love of Detroit and deep and vast corporate connections to this new role.  She is uniquely qualified to engage the business community in an effort to help the College carry out its mission of preparing art and design students for careers in the dynamic and growing creative professions,” says CCS Vice President for Institutional Advancement Nina Holden. “I’m confident that she and her team will expand our corporate and foundation partnerships exponentially.”

Masterson has had a successful 30-year career in the nonprofit and corporate arenas, serving at Detroit Renaissance for 13 years as Director of Communications and Outreach, and most recently running her own business doing fund raising, events and public relations for local nonprofits.  She has also held key roles at TrizecHahn Properties and the Michigan Boating Industries Association.

She is active with the Belle Isle Conservancy and Leadership Detroit’s Communication Advisory Committee, Child’s Hope and HAVEN of Oakland County. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Western Michigan University.
