Greenleaf Trust Expands Team in SE Michigan

Birmingham, MI — Greenleaf Trust is pleased to announce the hiring of two new members to its Southeast Michigan team.

Wendy Zimmer Linehan has joined the firm’s Personal Trust Division in the role of Trust Relationship Officer, and Steven Christensen has joined the firm’s Wealth Management Division in the role of Wealth Management Advisor. Wendy and Steven will work from Greenleaf Trust’s Birmingham office on the corner of Maple Road and Woodward Avenue.

Prior to joining Greenleaf Trust, Ms. Linehan was vice president, director of Private Bank Sales at Fifth Third Bank, where she oversaw a team of wealth management advisors, insurance specialists and licensed sales assistants. She practiced law for 16 years in the areas of probate and trust litigation, complex probate and trust administration, preparation of estate, fiduciary and gift tax returns, and drafting estate planning and business succession documents. Ms. Linehan earned her BA and JD law degree from the University of Michigan. She is securities-licensed, holding the Series 7, 66 and 24.

Mr. Christensen, previously spent 11 years with J.P. Morgan’s Private Wealth Management, where he most recently he served as a vice president to the Investment Advisor and prior to that as Vice president to the Fiduciary Officer. He earned his BA from Michigan State University, and his MBA from Oakland University. He is securities-licensed, holding both the Series 7 and Series 63, and is an accredited holder of the CTFA designation.
