The multifamily sector has held up fairly well during the economic downturn, and one bright spot is Dover Realty Advisors in Bingham Farms. Principal and managing partner Terry Schwartz, who has more than 30 years experience in the housing arena, says rents will start to climb over the next 2-3 years as personal finances improve and the economy begins to gain strength.
