Detroit Seafood Market Opening Celebration

An impressive list of VIPs were on hand on July 28 to open the Detroit Seafood Market and PV Lounge in Paradise Valley (formerly Harmonie Park). The 170-seat bar and restaurant, owned by Kenny Akinwale and Executive Chef Leonardo Vulagi, offers such entrees as seafood fettuccine, broiled Florida snapper with crab meat, and broiled Chilean Sea Bass "Pan-Asian style." Great event, it was a classy, beautiful ambience and the food was to die for. The staff were great. I can't wait to visit again.

The Detroit seafood market is not what it seems.Chef leonardo is lier, over half the seafood thats brought in fresh but then its frozen. The burre blanc is not a tradional butter sauce its made with all cream.I think its real sad that black people dont know tradional style cooking and fine dining if it slap them in the face.Good luck Kenny this guy is a fraud only time will tell.
