Fixing Michigan's Unemployment Problem

With the nation's unemployment rate at 9.7 percent, and Michigan at 14.7 percent, steady economic growth along with top-tier retraining programs will lead to a turnaround, says Joe Bastian, president of Human Performance Network, a workforce development company in Royal Oak.
