This Dearborn mainstay is old school — in a good way. There are various sized cuts of prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes. Have a filet, Texas rib-eye, New York Strip, or top sirloin steak as is, or add lobster and béarnaise sauce, bleu cheese and walnuts, zip sauce, or peppercorn crust.
