Norberto Garita, a native of Mexico, learned Italian cuisine at Il Posto in Southfield. He prepares both cuisines with his wife, Silvia Rosario Garita. Mexican entrees include minitacos with beef, chicken, steak, barbecued goat, or Mexican sausage, and mole poblano.
