David Muer, a cousin, still dishes up fish in the Muer tradition, including some of the old-line specialties such as crab balls with mustard sauce, shrimp Ilene, and finnan haddie. Fresh fish is prepared simply and relatively plain, either broiled, pan-fried or deep-fried, and pretty much unadorned with fancy sauces. The low-key setting includes paneled walls brightened with seascapes and schoolhouse lamps. D Tue.-Sun.
