JORIN RUBIN BRINGS a wealth of experience to the practice of family law and asset forfeiture defense. As a federal prosecutor for 10 years prior to entering private practice, Jorin pursued justice on behalf of the United States. Beginning in New York in the United States Attorney’s Office in 1991 and continuing in Detroit, Jorin had the opportunity to prosecute civil and criminal forfeiture actions. Since opening her office, in addition to criminal defense, Jorin focuses her practice on divorce and other family law matters.
Jorin has authored articles for the Michigan Bar Journal and Latches. Her background in the investigation of money-laundering makes her an expert in finding hidden assets in divorce matters and protecting assets in criminal defense matters.
